Sushi Baby Gift Set

My friends have great taste. First my friend Ruth brought this awesome sushi fabric to our Monday night Sewing Social and then she left some behind in our fabric stash - woo hoo!! My other friend Megan came over to "shop" my fabric stash for some baby gifts for yet another shower she is attending (this girl has some fertile friends). She chose to pair up the sushi with an orange fabric and a green fabric to make a really fun gift set.

 

I made a set of three burp cloths a Taggie style ribbon lovie and a nursing cover. I bet the mom who gets this set will smile each time she uses one of these fun colored and kitschy items.
